HOW TO ORDER FROM CONBAR ep
Domestic Customer
Due to our large inventory, we are able to ship most orders the same day we receive them. We take purchase orders, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express as payment, or we can ship your order C.O.D..
If you would like to establish an account, please forward your company information and credit information to us by fax to (856) 358-0504, or by mail to CONBAR ep, 74 Groff Road, Monroeville, NJ 08343. Most accounts can be opened the same day you place your first order. Our open account terms are net 30 days . Past due accounts are charged at a rate of 1 1/2% per month.

Remember when ordering:
1. We do not have a minimum order and we do not add service charges or inflated shipping charges to your order.
2. Our standard shipping method is by UPS ground. Please let us know if you need next day, second day or third day delivery, or if you have a shipping account with UPS or FedEx that you would like us to use.
3. If you are ordering over the internet or by fax, and using a credit card, remember to include your card number, the name on the card, and the expiration date of your card.
Export Customers
We can ship to most any location in the world via the major air carriers or by sea freight if requested. Due to the time differences we suggest that you fax your order to (856) 358-0504. We will confirm receipt and provide you with delivery information within 24 hours or less of receiving your order.
The following information will be needed to process your order:
1. Payment - MasterCard ,Visa or American Express - please fax us your account number, the expiration date of your card, and the name on the card. If you would like to make your payment by bank transfer, please contact us for bank transfer information. Bank transfers are subject to a $25.00 transfer fee.
2. Please let us know how you would like us to ship your order. If you have an account with an air carrier, please include the carriers name and your account number with your order. Be sure to allow sufficient time for delivery, some deliveries could take up to 5 days, even by air.
3. Please make sure that the address you give us is complete! Also, include a phone number where you can be reached, should the carrier have problems with the delivery.
